How ISTAD works for CSIR

ISTAD welcomes requests and enquiries for cooperation with CSIR scientists from abroad. Foreign scientists, particularly NRIs are particularly welcome to contact ISTAD for a possible cooperation with CSIR scientists in the following priority areas of CSIR, which are open for global participation. In the event of no formal bilateral arrangement existing for accommodating the proposed cooperation, ISTAD works out appropriate ad-hoc arrangements subject to proper definition of the scope, programme of work and financial arrangements for implementation of the proposed project.
